2. The service contract comes into effect with the start of the use of a telephone or personal consultation (service). The fee is payable in advance and only by bank transfer. The customer declares that he is aware of the fact that the provider provides services for the customer for which a charge is made, the basis and effects of which are not always verifiable according to the latest findings of the current public discourse of science and technology. The right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312d paragraph 3 BGB (expiry of the right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract) and § 312d paragraph 4 No. 7 BGB (no right of withdrawal for telecommunication-based services that are provided at the request of the consumer in one go). Emanuell Charis is not a doctor or alternative practitioner. No promises of healing are made, no diagnoses are made and no medication is prescribed.
