Emanuell Charis GmbH

§ 1 – Notice

The services offered by Emanuell Charis GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) are exclusively available to persons of full legal age and capacity.
By engaging these services, the client confirms that they act on their own responsibility and understand that these are individual, spiritual, and energetic consultations whose effects cannot be measured or evaluated by the standards of modern science or technology.
The work is based on personal experience, spiritual perception, and intuitive insight; it does not follow any medical or technical methodology.

§ 2 – Conclusion of Contract and Fee

The fee is due before the beginning of the work and may be paid by bank transfer.
Upon payment, the contract is deemed concluded, and the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
All consultations and sessions become binding only after payment has been received.

Fees are determined fairly and in mutual agreement with the client – without pressure, without haste, and always with clarity and sincerity.
Each service is explained in advance so that the client knows exactly what they are investing in.

§ 3 – Nature of the Service

After payment has been received, the work will begin within the agreed period.
Emanuell Charis GmbH offers spiritual, intuitive, and energetic consultations and accompanying work based on inner perception, experience, and spiritual guidance.
Every spiritual process is unique and carried out with the client’s full awareness and personal responsibility.

The services of Emanuell Charis GmbH do not replace medical, psychological, or legal treatment.
No diagnoses are made, no promises of healing are given, and no medication is prescribed.

§ 4 – Duration and Completion of the Work

The duration of the work is individually agreed upon and depends on the energetic requirements and goals of the consultation.
Once begun, a spiritual process continues until it is naturally completed or both parties mutually agree to end it.
Premature termination does not correspond to the working principles of Emanuell Charis GmbH, as each spiritual process is designed for continuity and stability.
This allows the client to relax, knowing that their spiritual work will continue as long as it is needed and agreed upon.

§ 5 – Confidentiality

All conversations, information, and content shared during the consultation are subject to mutual confidentiality.
The Provider is bound to absolute discretion regarding personal information, and the client likewise agrees not to share, publish, or reproduce any content, recordings, or written material from the sessions without the prior written consent of Emanuell Charis GmbH.
This mutual trust creates the protected space essential for spiritual work.

§ 6 – Data Protection

Personal data are used exclusively for the fulfillment of the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties.

§ 7 – Values and Ethics

The work of Emanuell Charis GmbH is founded on truthfulness, respect, and integrity toward every human being.
All consultations and spiritual works serve solely personal growth, clarity, and inner freedom.
No actions of a manipulative or harmful nature are ever performed.

§ 8 – Preparation and Process

Before each spiritual session, an individual analysis and energetic attunement take place.
The client receives a clear explanation of the purpose, duration, and form of the work, as well as of the energetic steps involved.
All questions are clarified beforehand so that the session begins only when both sides feel completely comfortable and confident.
This conscious preparation fosters trust, peace, and alignment.

§ 9 – Location of Work

Consultations may take place by telephone, video call, or in person.
For sessions held outside the Provider’s premises, location, duration, and travel arrangements are agreed upon individually.

§ 10 – Follow-Up and Continuing Support

After the completion of a session or spiritual process, the client may request a follow-up discussion or energetic after-care to accompany their development.
Clients are welcome to contact Emanuell Charis GmbH at any time with questions, observations, or new insights.
Every spiritual process is accompanied with responsibility, care, and respect – even beyond the immediate appointment.

§ 11 – Final Provisions

By booking a consultation or spiritual work, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The foundation of every collaboration is mutual trust, mindfulness, and clarity.
All services are provided with the purpose of enhancing awareness, energy, and inner balance.
